I have been with xfinity for a long time (4+Yrs) and I recently wanted to switch plans and was told that I cannot unless I was a new customer. It seems all the plans and promotions are like this. How can I lower my bill ($150 per month) and switch to a new plan like digital starter and perfomance interanet as an existing customer. I would like to lower my bill as I cannot afford the new pricing of my current plan. Otherwise I will cancel service.
