Can't believe I went online to Xfinity website and filled out their form for moving, to move my service to a new address. Got popup saying someone would call me. Shortly after someone called me to confirm my address, then said he was getting an error message when trying to connect me to Customer Support. Don't know why he needed to connect me to that, but I found myself connected to it. After being forced to listen to a long message, I was put in queu to speak to a customer service representative.
Why didn't he do his job and get whatever other info he needed when he called me? He dumped me to Customer Service. What was his job, cause I'm really angry. Have been on hold for 32 minutes
