Escalations Department

I have been a LOYAL customer since 2004.    I am now getting the run around regarding my account.   I tried canceling yesterday and ended up downgrading my service instead.   However, the penidng order showing is incorrect, when I tried calling noone was willing to walk me through any of it.

I need a supervisor and noone is calling me back.       I am at my wit's end.  HELP!
