I've been sent around in circles to different support and management for about a year, so I'm hoping someone here can help.
When I first moved into my building, I had 300 mbit internet service.
I know parts of Chicago and Chicagoland now even have gigabit service.
When Comcast setup our "community" bulk accounts, they set everyone in the building to 150 mbit (extreme) plans.
They told our board they would also offer some additional rate codes to let us get back to the speeds we had prior or to gigabit.
No one can seem to find a way to get me back to 300 mbit or 1000mbit, even though we have plenty of capacity in the area and our building infrastructure is now upgraded.
Can someone from the Comcast team take a look for me and see what you can do?
