I can't mange my channels. All I get is "We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order. Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help." after I click the shop/upgrade button.
I don't want to call. I want the web application to work correctly.
Depending on your services, you may not be able to manage your plan online. An employee here will be happy to help you though.
