It seems nearly impossible to contact or receive a straight answer from Comcast. Recently I moved out of the country. In preparation for doing so, I was careful to have all of my affairs in order prior to leaving - including returning all Comcast equipment in-person and confirming with the rep all equipment was returned in good order. YET I received a notice from Equipment Recovery Services only with reference and serial numbers, but not actual names of the equipment. I visited the ERS site, which was equally futile. Does anyone have experience with/advice for resolving the erroneous notice? Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide!
