Equipment not returned notice!

I cared equipment to local store, yet I've received an email stating that equipment needed to be returned. Can someone contact me concerning this.

Hi Beavers1, I would be happy to look into your missing equipment for you. When you went to the store and returned the equipment, did you get a receipt?
