When I login to the equipment update site it does not open.

Guess what?  www.comcast.com/deviceupgrade  just refers you to the www.xfinity.com/equipmentupdate  site, which still doesn't open.  You need to have your gold problem solver status revoked, you didn't even check before you answered this question.

 

And, you solved nothing.
