Equipment Return

I cancelled my service & returned equipment via xfinity provided UPS label. Last day of service was 6/26 (last day in billing period), I shipped the equipment 6/29 & it was received 6/30 by xfinity. I have not received any notice of receipt of equipment AND I received another bill for service even though everything was cancelled. If it's not too much trouble can an xfinity customer support person ping me so I can close this issue?

FWIW, I tried to speak with someone on phone but "Ray" or whatever his name was was difficult to understand and kept thinking I ordered equipment for some reason.
