Equipment Return ?

Equipment Return ?

I downgraded my service from Triple play and Home Securty to Internet only. The Xfinity rep I spoke with said no Home Security equipment had to be returned, that I can keep the camera + tablet??  I've had Home Security over a year. Can anyone confirm what equipment if any needs to be returned. I plan to go directly to my nearest Xfinity store.

I just checked with an employee...

 

The Xfinity Home touchscreen must be returned. The sensors, cameras, and keypads are yours to keep.

When you say "tablet" you don't mean the $5/month iPad do you? If so, you don't need to return that, just continue to pay the $5 month.

thank you so much nerdburg, I really appreciate your checking to insure I return what's required ... I do have the touch screen & now will make sure to include it with my cable equipment.
