Email after wifi assessment

I recently had my wifi assessment and the technician wrote in the notes of the appointment that he recommends pods based on the size of the house and the drop off of speed after a certain amount of distance. I haven’t received a follow up and am wondering how I can go about getting the 3 free pods deal that the technician let me know about? Thank you in advance.
