I am furious to receive an email advising I have a late payment (my wallet was stolen so auto pay did not go through). I called them when I returned from traveling on 8/16/19 and the customer service agent gave me an extension to pay by 8/25/19. The email demanded immediate payment! What's the deal when what the customer service agent did does not make it into my account for billing???
My service was cut off 5 days early. I checked it last Friday. My husband and I both get paid every other week. It said make payment before 8/25 to avoid service interruption. I thought ok, we will have checks by then.....no I woke up this morning with no service!
