Hi I'm in need of help from someone at Comcast who understands the drop bury installation in Illinois. Installation was attempted 2/8 and they said we need drop bury due to a bad/old/damaged buried line, so I have no service. Customer service is trying to reschedule the install but don't see a drop bury installation required. Can someone assist and I'll PM account info?
