I had my service installed in August of 2017. I have requested 3 times via the call center for my drop line to be buried. Each time, the utilities marking gets done and the drop line never gets buried. It’s January, 2018 and I still have a very long drop line - over 200 feet - sitting on top of the ground in my front yard - just begging to no longer be an eyesore and be buried. What form of begging or compensation would be required to make his finally happen, pray tell?
