Downgrading to Internet only

Has anyone had success with getting someone to tell you how much internet only packages will be after your contract expires for Internet and TV.   My current contract expires 8-18-18. I have tried with chat for 2 days and they either refuse to tell me or they try to upsell me to a new package.  Wwe are trying to cut costs and I do not want to be upsold. I just want to know what the cost of Internet Only packages are.
