Downgrading service

I would like to downgrade service as our bill has gotten too high (just jumped up to $51 more than last month) and we do not need the cable/phone services that are part of our current package, just internet. I have already tried contacting Comcast and all I've been offered are just other promotional packages that are even more expensive than the one we had previously. Please help!

Hello ajoybau. It is true that you receive a greater multi product discount with the Triple Play bundle package. This may be why a single product rate is comparable in price. I can help you downgrade your services to Internet Only and go over the price rates for doing so. To get started, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
