Downgrading - lost job due to COVID-19

I lost my job and want to down grade to internet only. I'm told I'd have to pay twice what a new customer pays.  I've been with Comcast for over 20 years!   Give a loyal customer in need a break. I've been loyal and given you thousands of dollars.
