Downgrade subscription to internet only

Good morning,

We've recently subscribed to a triple plan at a comcast service center.

After starting up, we've decided that we'd like to stay with an Internet only plan. Wer'e in the first week of the 30 days cancellation window. We could keep the Internet bandwidth at 250 Mb/s but willing to go up to 400 if it's cost-effective.

Could any Comcast expert guide me through the process? i.e what offers are applicable, which equipment should I return, should we replace the gateway too etc.
