Downgrade Triple Play to Internet only

Downgrade Triple Play to Internet only

Tried calling the retention department but I am always told I have a great deal. I just want Internet around 75 to 100 mbps. I would like to get my own modem and router to cut the equipment fee. A few years ago I had this simple setup, so I am perfectly content with just Internet service. Please help me downgrade.
