Line down across my driveway from heavy snow. Called Comcast early Friday morning. Told wouldn’t be out until 11:00 AM Saturday. No show, no call. Called early Sunday and asked to be kept informed. Comcast wIll definitely be there today. 8:00 PM no call, no show. I live in NH and another storm coming Monday night. I can’t get my driveway plowed because I have a cable across my driveway. Customer Service doesn’t exist at Comcast. I understand there are many outages but all I ask is to be kept informed and not lied to.
