Last week, a tree came down and knocked out the power and cable line. Xfinity came and got us hooked up but the tech said they needed to send a crew to get the line back up on the pole. The line is still hanging in our yard. I cannot get through the phone system to tell them that it is still down. Any help from the forums here?
