Trying to stay on current promotion for my 91 year old mom which is due to expire April 4, 2018 who has been with Comcast/Xfinity for many many years. I look after her account and will be away from Internet and cell phone service for the month of March which is when I should be looking for a promotion. Can you help with this, she is on a fixed income.  Thank you
