Has anyone else been having the same issues, When checking out billing on the x1 tv menu it will tell you what your next up coming bill will be. Then you get a statement in the mail and it is much higher. Other issue is I have never recieved updates of when a promo ends. That is just wrong. I did not see that in the garentee. What is everyone else paying for the double play? I am getting jacked
