Got an email last week that if I complete a brief survey about Xfinity Mobile (i recently switched off), I'd receive a $10 Amazon gift card.
I took 15 minutes and thoroughly completed the survey. At the conclusion I receive a message that I'd receive the gift card "in a couple days." Okay, typical Comcast with the bait and switch (no where was it indicated that I wouldn't immediately receive the gift card). I'm used to it, Comcast is the shadiest company in existence.
Anyway, now 9 days later, no gift card. Opened a chat with a rep, she had no clue what I was talking about. Not surprised, I even told her.
Anyway, don't waste your time with surveys, you'll never get the gift card they promise.
