My bill is continously increasing without notice. I am not able to select the services specific to my needs. Any sort of discount come in bundles with services that I don't need or want. There isn't any incentive and/or consideration given to long term customers or seniors.
Comcast/Xfinity doesn't even give a similar offer through Sam's Club or Costco as does Direct TV and AT&T.
This is price gouging and extremely poor customer service.
