I have call customer server 2x already trying to get information on lowering my bill or at least keeping it the same and because I am a current customer I don't qualify for Discounts. I guess i will take advantage of the AT&T promotions for the next 2years. The one person I talked to offered me my same plan but paying more per month, I guess that are to busy following/reading a script than listening when i said i wanted to lower my bill. Do better Comcast, you are driving loyal customer away.
