Disqualified from rewards card

I signed up for service back in November 2017 and was told that I would recurve a Visa card for signing up. I added Xfinity mobile about 2 weeks afterwards and was told I still qualified for the Visa card. After waiting and waiting I called today and was told I was disqualified. How am I disqualified? I paid my bill on time every month. I have no payment arrangements or anything. This is totally unacceptable.

Same thing happened to me.! I was also supposed to be contacted within 10 days but nothing yet.

I have also not received my card and signed up in November. It is not listed on the Xfinity rewards site. I was told by an agent I qualified.

Xfinity Rewards Card lies

So I have contacted the Xfinity REWARDS CENTER several times! I was told that my issue would be escalated to a higher department and the rep said I should be contacted in 7-10 days, it’s been almost a month. I contacted regular customer service and they said that my Visa card would ship in March 2018. The last day of March is on Sunday. It is pretty sad that a company lies to its paying customers and never contacts them back. I am not paying another cent until my issues are resolved.
