I have been a customer of Comcast for over 30 years and now retiring. I am very disappointed that Comcast does not give any kind of discount to senior citizens or long time customers.
For seniors who are going to be relying on their TV and Internet especially if disabled or unable to get out it is not very good business sense to have such a large population angry and disappointed in your treatment of seniors.
My local hairdresser, WalMart, Dunkin Donuts, and many other major business organizaitons offer senior discounts. Of course they have competition and are trying to hold on to their loyal customers. Comcast unfortunately in my town is the ONLY CABLE GAME in TOWN.
I hope after this post you get more complaints from senior citizens and valued customers like me who are just trying lower their monthly budget as they head into a fixed income lifestyle.

Some towns in your area offer a Senior Discount. You may contact the Comcast local office and ask if the discount is offered in your town. If the discount is offered you will have to fill out an application for approval.

I agree, we live in the Upper Ohio Valley & are being gouged by the comcast Co.
I've asked them on many ocasions about discounts BUT with no good responce.seems as though it's only available in high population areas ??
Just too money hungry I guess.

Nope, didn't help a bit! Just wish you people had a program in which a person could choose the chanels they watch the most & do away with all the JUNK chanels we pay for & not use !!
The way it stands now, we pay for chanels that are in a dozen places. what a waist.
