Discount

I have been an xfinity customer for many years.  Shouldn't there be some kind of discount for long-standing loyal customers?  I'm 67 years old and on a limited income and there isn't a senior discount in CT for xfinity customers.

Is this any way to reward your loyal customers?  Pls.  help!!    Joan Conroy

Re: Discount

It does not appear that Comcast has a customer loyalty mindset.  Rather, the Comcast mentality seems to be that if you have been with it a long time that you are unlikely to leave even if they keep raising your costs, fees and rates or removing channels from your packages.

Make note that you can't have been a customer for 3 months before signing up and that you have no outstanding bills with Comcast.

Re: Discount

you did not answer my question on whether or not i would lose my package with comcast if i applied for comcast essentials.   Also,  I don't care about your kudos and posters.............................comcast is making big money.............allow your loyal customers to also reap the benefits!!!

Yes, you will lose your package because you can't be a customer for 3 months.
