Discount for paperless and autopayment enrollment did not apply

Discount for paperless and autopayment enrollment did not apply

When signing contract in Xfinity store, there was discount announced -10USD for paperless and autopayments enrollment. When I check my bill and payment, the discount was not applied. Where can I claim? Chat does not work, request for call from agent as well...

That discount doesn't kick in until the 3rd bill or 45 days.
