Didn't receive $500 gift card for Xfinity Mobile promotion

Hey there. I signed up for Xfinity Mobile back in December and was supposed to receive my $500 gift card many months ago. Still haven't received it. Looking at the forums there seems to be many people with this issue. I dont' see my status at xfinityrewardcenter.com. I know that KenF is able to help with these matters. Should I wait for him, or can someone else help me? Thanks!
