May I ask how can I stop the internet service, just call you on the day I want to stop or beforehand? if the latter, how long do you require?
And, I have called to you about the deposit after the cancelation of the service, but different staffs told me differently, which makes me confused. When I opened the account in Xfinity, you told me very clearly the deposit can directly go to the credit card I paid for that, but now you told me I will be given a check. Since I will leave US for work abroad, can you give me the deposit immediate on the day I cancel the service? or at least return it directly to my credit card. Thanks so much!
