Delivery/customer service

I signed up for a one year plan yesterday and was supposed to have my router and modem delivered between 5-7. Still don't have it and cant get in touch with anyone. Also says they still haven't actived my account. Horrible first impression.

Under normal conditions things might have worked out, but nothing is normal right now.  With fewer people actually working due to Covid-19 it might be a while before you get your gateway and your serice activated.  Patiences, understanding, and compassion are a virtue right now.
