Debt collection?


I recently moved from pennsylvania to New jersey.  I returned my equipment and paid a final bill with no issues.  A couple of weeks ago, I started receiving debt collection from Diversified Consultants (DCI) on the behalf of Comcast.  I confirmed that i owe nothing online.  These people keep calling, and i finally confermed the last 4 of my ssn because the caller seems to not be a scam. They said that i still owe 31.61 possibly from my previous accont but i can not access it online anymore. please help me resolve this.
