3 days ago I talked to a rep "Dave" on the phone.
After about 20 minutes on the phone, we agreed to an account change.
I am very sure that we discussed the details of what I was getting but when I went to the local Comcast office to pick up my equipment, the offer was not the same.
I always hear that calls are recorded?? I would like to know to hear what I discussed with the rep.
Was my call recorded?

I apologize to hear that the service change isn't what you thought it was. We can try to see if your call is recorded however, not all calls are recorded. Usually when you call in you would get the prompt saying "Your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes.". We would like to look into this for you.
