Data cap needs updating.

Does the two courtsey months refresh every calendar year or once they are used, they are gone gone?
 
Why isn't my unused data from previous months not rolled over?

Not offered by Comcast. Some smaller competitors may do that to drum up more business.

You get two courtesy months per 12 month period. The 12 month period begins the first month you go over the data cap. If you make it through that 12 month period without going over the cap more than one more time (2 Total),  your courtesy months will reset to two.  But if you exceed the cap for a third month in a twelve month period, then your courtesy months are "gone gone", as you put it. Xfinity says that at that point, "no more courtesy months will be given".
