The tower at our home is on the ground and had to be propped up to enable access to driveway. Reported numerous times since February and nothing happens. Been given many work order numbers and dates scheduled for repair - nobody shows up. Did receive a call from a company rep in Norfolk VA asking me to contact him to discuss the matter. Called at least 20 times and had to leave voice message - never received a call back Seems Xfinity/Comcast is not receptive to calls from customers that are attempting to help them keep their equipment functioning. It is impossible to get past the clerks that answer to talk to someone that understands the problem. Many promises made - NONE KEPT!
