Damaged Sprinklers

On February 7th Comcast dug up my swale lawn  to install cables. In the process they teared up the sprinklers along the swail. I reported it the very next day, and have a ticket number for the job. I was told that in 72 hours I would be contacted. It has been 6 days and 3 calls to 800# but no reply yet from Comcast. I am getting the run around and need to have management address this.
