Damaged Property

This winter Xfinity workers were burrying a new line in my yard. The workers hit one of my water lines while my neighbor was watching, and did not inform me. 

Now it's months later and I have a broken water line, and no way to contact anyone about getting it fixed. Is there a seperate number I can call??
