I have had an open ticket (050-829-945) since April 3, 2020. There has been 3 seperate appointment dates to fix the damaged pedestal in the front of my house. I have been told multuple times the apponintments will be kept as they are scheduled. This has obviously not been the case. How do I get someone out here to fix it?
