Damage to irrigation lines

Hi,

Comcast buried the cable yesterday and cut through my irrigation system. I am having it repaired - where do I send the bill to Comcast?

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Re: Damage to irrigation lines

I have the same problem and i am tired of calling comcast and repeating everyrhing.
Xfinity was originally supppse to bury cable long time back and one appointment was scheduled and no one showed up that day. I had irrigation installation the very same day and irrigation guys were waiting till evening so that xfinity cable burriel can show up. They did not showed up . I had to make many calls to explain them and asking to ensure there wont be any damage when they bury thw cable. One surveryor from xfinity came and i told thesame . Eventually without notice last week they showd up and did rhe burial. It was a sloppy job from the first site when i went home. And when i started my sprinklers , there was no pressure on heads and there was huge water flow out from middle of lawn now the grass is all turned yellow.i sm still awaiting auditor to come and check.
