Damage to Personal Property Claim

Hello,

 

Xfinity sent someone out to bury my cable line in December, and about two weeks ago we tried turning our sprinkler system on and noticed that the conduit line that was drilled by the xfinity contractor went through our main sprinkler line. We now have no way to water our grass or garden and need support as soon as possible. I contacted xfinity immediately by phone, but have been waiting for almost two weeks to get any calls back on my open support ticket. Please advise on what to do.
