Damage driveway and landscape

Comcast replaced the main cable in front of my house and damaged my driveway in addition, they did not restore the my landscape and left a pile of debris,  I tried to contact the person on the door hanger but he never called me back, I feft him 4 voicemails.

 

Please advise if this need to be escalate this to your corporate office in Philadelphia?
