Daily outage Internet and On Demand

Been having a daily outage with Internet and On Demand for the past couple of weeks. The outage is during the morning hours, normally between 9:00am and 12:00pm Monday through Friday, the weekends are good. Past Memorial Day holiday, (a Monday) was good all day.


All services are workng TV and phone.


When it comes back its all good to the following day.


Called tech support twice which was worthless since their following the usual script.


Looking at the outage map it shows I am up but am surrounded by outages.


Do not believe it's an equipment problem on my end since this outage is predictable.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?

If your onDemand and internet are going out at the same time it's an indication of an upstream issue. I've asked an employee to take a look at your modem/node health.

I can assist with reviewing your premise signal quality and research the service interruptions you've been experiencing. I'd like to start with polling the CMTS for real-time and historical RF signal reports from your modem.
