DVR never gets above 35~% without deleting my recordings
I've been an Xfinity customer for about 3 months now and my boxes have DVR.
In all this time, I've not once seen my DVR storage/usage go above the 30-35% range out of 100%.
When I went to bed last night, I was somewhere in the 30% range and when I woke up this morning, a ton of my recordings had been deleted.
I know it wasn't anyone else in the household who deleted them and I know I wasn't even close to running out of space.
All of my recordings are set up to either delete after 1 year or until space is needed, neither of which have been reached.
This isn't the first time it's happened either. Recordings just go missing for no apparent reason. Although this is the first time I've lost this many recordings at once. Usually I only lose about 5-10 half-hour recordings. This time I lost 40+ hours worth of recordings.
Does anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it?
