How might I go about getting comcast to drop/bury cable connction to my house after they have claimed the job was completed on July 6, 2018. I have called Comcast customer service over 20 times, everyone have promised me that they will call me back or have construction team call me back but no one calls. I had the work order to do the drop/bury at my house on June 20, 2018 but nothing has happened. Comcast wonders why they are rated horrible for customer service and this is the very reason why. Can someone from the construction team help me?
