I work for a MSP in the Chicagoland area and one of our customers has all of ther staff working from home. All of sudden, starting yesterday all of the staff with Comcast could not connect to their VPN. After doing some investigating it looks like the 2 Comcast DNS Servers used by all of these staff members 188.8.131.52/76.76 stopped resolving the DNS A record entry for thier VPN EndPoint. If i changed their DNS servers or connect to VPN by IP address, everything is fine. Who can i talk to about this? I don't feel comfortable putting their VPN IP/Host name in a public forum?
