I recently changed from tv and internet to just internet. When I did so I was told no issues with the data. Now I received a notice that I went over my data for this month.
No extra charge because first time. But, what I do not understand, is I was always under the alloted amount until I went down to just interenet. How can that be? I don't really even understand how it all works and get no help from chat at all. too sick to make a call. ugh Anyone have any ideas as to the why and how of this?
You haven't provided much information to go on so I'll just take a guess at a simple answer. Ie: perhaps before you used to watch mostly normal cable TV but now you watch a lot of streaming TV? (The former needs no internet data.)
