I just spoke on the phone, more than aggravating. I've been out of work on disability for a yr, just had back surgery, financially it is really tight. I'm not much into tv, but wanna keep my internet, even at a lower speed, right now is 100 mbps, can anyone help me out PLEASE,,,,,,,,,,
I would just hop on the chat feature under contact us and tell them to downgrade to internet only. If you have any TV boxes you'll need to return them but, otherwise it should be painless.
