I just had yet another horrible experience with your customer service. She spun everything last thing she said. I’ve been a $200 a month customer for literally 22 years. They don’t care about loyalty at all. She refused to have a discussion about making sure I had the channels I wanted.
They’re dropping Starz as an included package and charging for it now - but making it seem as if Starz is at fault.
I’m done with this company. The representative could not have been any ruder or more condescending.
